  • Whether you are looking to just eat healthier, lose weight, or use “food as thy medicine, “ The L.O.V.E food course will give you the knowledge and information you need to use food as an integral part of your plan for health.

    • The impact of different foods on your body
    • Super foods that melt fat, strengthen blood, cleanse organs, detoxify kidneys, and build digestive health
    • The “energy” of different foods and how to optimise them for optimal health
    • The truth about food and why many of the beliefs we hear about food are false (i.e. carbs are bad)
