Food! We all need it, we all eat it and the choices you make about it will either support you in creating a life of Longevity, Optimal Health, Vitality, and Energy or make you sick! Whether you are looking to just eat healthier, lose weight, or use “food as thy medicine, “ The L.O.V.E food course will give you the knowledge and information you need to use food as an integral part of your plan for health.

In the course, you will learn:

- What to eat
- What not to eat
- The impact of different foods on your body
- Super foods that melt fat, strengthen blood, cleanse organs, detoxify kidneys, and build digestive health
- The “energy” of different foods and how to optimise them for optimal health
- The truth about food and why many of the beliefs we hear about food are false (i.e. carbs are bad)

Included in the course, you will get:

- A 7 day detox prior to the course to cleanse and prepare your body
- 9 meals (3 days of Breakfast, lunch, and dinner) prepared by a professional chef during the course plus delicious snacks and amazing desserts
- 4 weeks of sample meal plans
- 100’s of yummy and healthy recipes to take away
- 3 days of training that is a combination of theory and practical
- Hands on experience in preparing healthy nutritious meals and snacks
- You’ll also develop a personal meal plan for yourself and your family
